Who we are

DataProStudio, Inc., incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, registered office 329 Howe St, #1127, Vancouver, BC V6G 2H8, operating the DPS8020™ platform. We comply with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) as our baseline privacy framework.

What we collect and why (this website)

Pilot request form: your name, job title (optional), company, phone number (optional), work email, a description of your main operational challenge, and (optionally) the systems you currently use. Purpose: evaluating and following up on your pilot request. Legal basis: your consent. Stored in a database hosted on a server located in Canada.
Call bookings: if you book a call via Proton Calendar, that platform processes your name, email, and availability under its own policy.
Email and phone: the contact details you choose to share when reaching out directly.
Server logs: standard technical access data (IP address, timestamps), kept briefly for security.

No cookies, no trackers

This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

A note for healthcare organizations

If your organization is exploring DPS8020 for operational process mining involving personal health information, note that this website itself does not collect or process health information — it only collects the contact details described above. Any handling of personal health information as part of a pilot or engagement is governed by a separate data processing agreement, scoped to Ontario’s Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) or BC’s PIPA as applicable, and is never inferred from website use.

A note for financial institutions

If your firm is evaluating DPS8020 for operational process mining, note that this website collects only the contact details described above — no client, account, transaction or market data of any kind is collected here, and none is inferred from your use of the site.

Any engagement involving your operational data would be governed by a separate data processing agreement, scoped with your procurement, risk and information-security functions before any data is shared. Firms that would rather no operational data leave their environment at all can run DPS8020 fully on-premise and air-gapped, in which case there is no data transfer to us to assess. We expect to complete your third-party risk review in the normal way, and we would rather do that up front than discover a blocker late.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond the service providers named above (hosting, scheduling). We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to you, or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to hello@dps8020.ca.
